I’m Irene, a keeper of the old ways through Somatic Body Therapy, Yoga & Energy Medicine Education, Ancestral and Sound Ceremony.
I run a brick and mortar + online Wellness Clinic and Energy School called the Center for Human Consciousness.
Through private sessions, group classes, courses and retreats I offer my intention, to walk with you in such a way that you discover your way home to the Spirit that walks with you.
Constantly fighting against or disengaging from stress, uncertainty, emotional or physical pain can give us a false sense of security, it can be overwhelming and at times feel hopeless.
The good news…
is that you were born with a system of intelligence that is always seeking to redirect you to a state of balance, wholeness and health.
When you learn to listen to that system of intelligence you begin to take your life back into your own hands. You begin to release what is not necessary and connect with the practices, people and places that offer you a sustainable and nourishing life.
Happiness and wellbeing are not illusions, only separation is.
